We've returned from the Kona Coast Kennel Club's Obedience and Rally trials, and after seven long years of trying, we finally finished Tia's Companion Dog title!  Lisa has been working very hard with Tia on this and has come so close...finally...SUCCESS!  Lisa also got another leg on Tia's Rally Excellent title and Mona's Rally Advanced title

We entered Ozzie in Veterans Novice Obedience where he and Lisa were also successful.

Unfortunately, all the dogs I showed, well...were NQ'd.  For some reason nobody wanted to cooperate with papa.

Well finally I found some time to give you guys some updates.  Things have been pretty hectic around here.  We got back from the Valley Isle Kennel club show and it was a fantastic weekend!  Mona (Nakoa All About Me) got two 3-point majors by going Winners Bitch both days under Mr. Robert Shreve and Mr. Robert Whitney.  But that''s just the tip of the iceberg...Arnie (NaKoa Rum Runner At Namaka) took Best of Breed - both days - gaining two 3-point Majors also.  Just when you think it's over...Arnie goes on to win the Terrier Group on Saturday under Mr. Robert Whitney and got a Group 2 under Mrs. Elaine Whitney on Sunday!!!  What a weekend it was.  Our Mini Bull and Scottie friends did very well also getting group placements both days.

In Rally Novice B, Candy (NaKoa Rock Candy) got a qualifying leg AND scored well enough to place 3rd.

Speaking of Obedience and Rally trials, we have the Kona Coast Kennnel club trials this Saturday...gotta practice.

Well, we just got back from the Windward dog show on Oahu.  Mona got Winners Bitch both days over Candy.  Tucker got Reserve Winners Dog on Saturday and Mojo got it on Sunday.  Judges Col. Joe B. Purkisher and Mr. Norm Kenney both chose the "Mystery Dog" (who isn't a mystery anymore) as Best Of Breed both days.

Our next show is the Valley Isle show on Maui in two weeks.  We'll have another Major for both days, but this time it will be in the bitches.
